Yury Arzhanov
Yury Arzhanov graduated from the St.-Petersburg University, where he also received a Ph. D. in Oriental Studies in 2004. He has received additional education in the field of Christian Oriental Studies at the universities of Tübingen and Halle in Germany. His research interests concern the Late Antique Syriac translations of Greek popular philosophy, especially the Syriac gnomological collections.
