Yury Arzhanov
Yury Arzhanov earned his PhD in Oriental Studies from the University of St. Petersburg. He has worked at various universities in Germany and at the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Currently, he is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Salzburg. His research interests concern the Late Antique Syriac translations of Greek philosophy, focusing on the Christian Oriental reception of Aristotle's logic.
